Use the unsubscribe link in a PadiMi email, request a new link, or write to [email protected] from the address you registered. We stop future PadiMi launch marketing after withdrawal; necessary service messages about your request may still be sent. This does not change subscriptions to other products.
Access, correction or deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “PadiMi privacy request”. Tell us which address or interaction is involved and what you want us to do. You do not need an account, payment or special legal wording. We may verify identity proportionately and will explain any lawful limit, refusal or retention requirement. You can ask us to review a refusal and contact a relevant regulator.
Data on your iPhone
In the current app, your plans and preferences are stored on the device. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete a local-only database. Remove the relevant records or app data on your device, and review Apple backups and connected calendar/reminder accounts separately. Disconnecting optional mail clears the feature’s local credentials and review history; revoke the app-specific password in your Apple Account if needed.
Information to avoid sending
Do not email a password, full inbox export, identity document or private goal history. Start with a short description; we will tell you if more information is necessary and how to provide it.
Response and complaints
We respond within the legal deadline applicable to the request and explain any permitted extension. You can complain directly to the ICO or your local privacy regulator. Read website privacy for further detail.
